1. Services

We organise recreational walking activities and related information services in inner Melbourne. Schedules may change due to weather, safety or council restrictions.

2. Bookings and fees

Current fees are published on our About page. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. A confirmed quote applies to private group bookings.

3. Participation requirements

• Provide accurate contact and health-relevant mobility information when requested.
• Wear suitable footwear and clothing for outdoor urban walking.
• Follow leader instructions and road rules at all times.
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless agreed in writing.

4. Assumption of risk

Walking outdoors involves inherent risks including uneven surfaces, weather exposure and traffic. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own fitness to take part.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

6. Limitation of liability

Where permitted by law, our liability for non-consumer-guarantee claims is limited to resupplying the service or the fee paid for the affected walk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, route maps and branding belong to Gracefulzykne unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce materials for commercial use without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
