Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid walk bookings, season passes and private group services offered by Gracefulzykne in Australia.
1. Cancellations by you
- More than 48 hours before start: full refund or credit to your original payment method.
- 24–48 hours before start: 50% credit toward a future walk within 90 days.
- Less than 24 hours before start: no refund; name transfer to another participant may be arranged.
2. Cancellations by us
If we cancel due to extreme weather, safety concerns or insufficient enrolments, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
3. Season passes
Unused sessions may be paused once per season for up to 30 days with written notice. Pro-rata refunds for unused months may be available minus a 10% administration fee if fewer than half the included walks were used.
4. Private group bookings
Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit but may reschedule subject to leader availability.
5. How to request a refund
Email message@gracefulzykne.world with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees—for example, if a walk is substantially different from what was described or not provided with due care and skill. A major failure may entitle you to a refund. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.
