Gracefulzykne is committed to making our website and walking services accessible to people with disability, in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable.

1. Website measures

• Semantic HTML structure and skip navigation links.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms and interactive components.
• Sufficient colour contrast using our brand palette.
• Text alternatives for informative images.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion for parallax effects.

2. Known limitations

• Embedded third-party maps may not fully meet WCAG standards.
• Some decorative graffiti-style elements are visual only.
• Older PDF route maps may not be screen-reader friendly—we can provide text descriptions on request.

3. Outdoor walk accessibility

Route difficulty varies. Please disclose mobility requirements when booking so we can suggest suitable paths or modify distance. Not all routes are wheelchair accessible due to heritage laneways and kerb conditions in Prahran.
